The Story
My name is Kenneth Trotter-Jennings. I am a small-town guy with big dreams from Mississippi. I grew up in a world of interior design and contracting hands-on with my mother and father at an early age. After being accepted into the Atlanta Art Institute for Interior Design I didn't see a guaranteed future in the field so instead, I completed my formal education at Texas Southern University and started to climb the corporate ladder at a large company. While doing so, I enjoyed taking courses to further my design education and decorating my own home. Little did I know that my customers would find me.... and here we are. Living my dream one design at a time.
The Passion
In an attempt to give back to my community, my husband and I became educators in the public school system here in Houston and devoted our 20s to giving back. We had no idea that it would lead to feeling empowered enough to start our very own journey to parenthood. In 2019 we decided to become foster parents which has led to us adopting our little tribe.
The Goal
Being stuck in doors for 2 years during COVID was the most challenging time for many of us mentally, physically and emotionally. It is my goal that I use my gift to transform spaces into cozy and enjoyable experiences for my clients. It is imperative that we enjoy the spaces that we frequent and allow them to fuel our imagination at every turn.
